We are so used to the illusion that 'sorry' erases every mistake. It doesn't. It takes a wise person to understand that the word sorry carries deeper meaning and deserves better appreciation. Sorry can only be a redemption if used right. Maybe we've done something unimaginably horrible and we've known that the word 'sorry' was needed to lift up the seemingly permanent guilt.
